Shuttles

We will have shuttle buses to and from the wedding venue on Saturday. Buses will load outside of the hotel lobby and will leave promptly at 5:00 PM (please be on time). Buses will return to the hotel at the end of the reception - they will load just outside the of the entrance to the History Center. There is also complimentary valet parking at the venue if you prefer to drive.

Covid-19 Procedures

Masking

As our wedding is a private event and all guests are vaccinated, masking is optional for the entirety of the event. Please feel free to do what makes you feel most comfortable.

Keep in mind - if you plan to utilize ride-sharing services, like Lyft or Uber, or visit local bars, restaurants or businesses before/after the event, we’d recommend bringing a mask as they are required in many of those settings. If you plan to visit the Heinz History Center outside of the event during operating hours (10am-5pm), masking is required for all guests and patrons.

Vaccinations

To ensure that we may all celebrate safely, we kindly request that all of our guests be vaccinated against COVID-19. If unvaccinated, please do not attend.
